There is one midterm and one final exam in this class. For each you'll be asked matching, fill-in-the blank, true/false and multiple choice style questions.

 

Midterm Exam Prep - Posted Closer to Exam (Oct 15th)

• Vocabulary Review
  • Note: You can find the definitions or ideas behind each vocabulary word in the notes, readings or online.
• Study Topics from each Week
  • Note: These are not word-for-word quesitons that will be on the exam, they are meant to guide you in your studying.
  • Questions on the midterm will be matching, true-or-false and multiple choice.
• Practice Midterm (from MET 101)
  • Note: This is an old midterm (without the solution) to give you an idea about the types of questions that I usually ask. Since this is from my MET 101 class there aren't any questions about the Hawaiian and Pacific Island material.

Final Exam Prep - Posted Closer to Exam (Dec 15th, noon-2pm)

• The Final Exam is NOT Cumulative. The Final will only cover the material taught after the Midterm, Weekd 9-16.

  • You will alsob e expected to use diagrams in the multiple choice questions.

  • Note:A selection of these questions (number to be announced) will appear WORD-FOR-WORD on the Final Exam. If you prepare for the final by finding the answers to each of these quesitons (5 per week) you will do excellent on the Final Exam.
